1. About these terms

This website is owned and operated by Bhakti Ameya Diwan, trading as Life Coach Bhakti ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or booking any session or program, you ("you", "client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.

2. Our services

We provide one-on-one life coaching, NLP-based coaching and inner child healing sessions, delivered online by video call. Our current services and prices are:

Any further personalised coaching is offered only after a Clarity Session. Its scope, number of sessions, fee and schedule are shared with you and agreed in writing before any payment is made.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change from time to time. The price shown at the time you pay is the price that applies to your booking.

3. Not medical or psychological treatment

Our services are for personal growth and self-awareness. They are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric, psychological or medical treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, have thoughts of self-harm, or need medical or mental-health care, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency helpline immediately. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. No guaranteed results

Every person's journey is different. We do not guarantee any specific result, including the outcome of a relationship, health, financial or career result, or a fixed healing timeline. Client stories shared on this website are individual experiences and are not promises.

5. Bookings and payments

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Sessions of any agreed coaching program must be used within the period agreed in writing.

6. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed sessions

Sessions are held Monday to Friday at a time agreed in advance. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without 24 hours' notice, or joined more than 15 minutes late, may be treated as completed. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking and paying.
• Join sessions from a private, quiet place with a stable internet connection.
• Treat sessions respectfully. We may end a session or program, with a pro-rata refund of unused sessions, if a client is abusive or misuses the service.
• Do not record sessions without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect you or someone else from serious harm. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and all session materials, worksheets and recordings shared with you are for your personal use only and may not be copied, sold or shared without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a session.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its "last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
