• Booking details: the service booked, preferred dates and times, and messages you send us.
• Session information: what you choose to share during sessions, and any notes we keep to support your progress.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway partner. We receive a transaction reference, amount and status, but we never receive or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Website data: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, through cookies or analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver sessions and programs, and send meeting links and reminders.
• To process payments, refunds and invoices.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To improve our services and website.
• To send you updates about our services, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our payment gateway partner, to process payments and refunds.
• Trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example video-call, email, scheduling or hosting tools), under confidentiality obligations.

Everything you share in a session is treated as confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your written consent.
