Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We want every client to book with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for services offered by Life Coach Bhakti (operated by Bhakti Ameya Diwan). Because our services are time-based sessions reserved for you, refunds depend on when you cancel.

2. 1:1 Clarity Session (₹99)

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the session: full refund, or free rescheduling.
• Cancel within 24 hours, or miss the session without notice: no refund, but one reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• Once the session has been held, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Personalised coaching (if agreed after a Clarity Session)

• Cancel before your first coaching session: full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancel after coaching has started: we refund the fee for unused sessions on a pro-rata basis, after deducting sessions already held.
• An individual session cancelled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled free of charge; one missed without 24 hours' notice is treated as completed.
• Sessions not used within the period agreed in writing lapse and are not refundable.

4. If we cancel

If we need to cancel or cannot deliver a booked session, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

5. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but the booking was not confirmed, we refund the extra or failed amount in full once verified.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email lifecoachbhakti@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 77159 80794 with your name, the service booked, the payment date and the transaction ID. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

7. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval and credited to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) used for the purchase. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
